North Beach
The North Beach Cottage was intended to be a weekend getaway. It captures an ocean view and is kept within a small footprint. It has a concrete slab floor and a half bathroom downstairs along with the kitchen and living room. This ADU has high energy efficiency with a SIP construction and benefits from the off shore breezes of the Strait of Juan De Fuca.
The space-efficient upstairs sleeping quarters manages to fit a closet, laundry room, and primary bathroom. It is a warm space with wood accenting and windows on three aspects, flooding the space with ample natural light.
